Essential tool for application developers

I have used many versions of CIAO (and associated product Delta) over the last eight years and regard it as an essential tool to establish and manage notes application templates. If your working on your own then the client version is adequate but if a team is involved then it can be installed on a server (developers have client installed) allowing loads of control over check in and check out of components.
The ability to revert to a previous version of a design element and to compare what changed for every checked in version of every design element is robust and reliable. I can't imagine working on any project without having it available.
